Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.


Why No Refunds:

At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or defect. This allows us to focus on delivering thoughtfully curated products and maintaining the quality you expect.
